Abstract:
Platycodon grandiflorus seeds were used as test materials,the pretreatment method was optimized by Plackett-Burman-Central Composite Design(PB-CCD).With the seed germination rate as evaluation indexes,the impact of soak time,soak temperature,GA3 concentration,pre-reezing time and solid-liquid ratio on germination rate were analyzed by PB design,and the factors which had significant effect on germination were selected for further optimization based on CCD design.The results showed that the optimum condition of pretreatment of Platycodon grandiflorus seeds was soak 18 hours at 27 ℃ with 3 g?L-1 GA3.Seed germination rate was 92.3% at the optimum model,it indicated that the model was highly predictive and reliable.
