Abstract:
Five-year-old ‘Summer black’grape was used as test materials,the influence of GA3 (20 mg?L-1)+different concentration of CPPU (1.0,3.0,5.0 mg?L-1) combined with different berry thinning mode (50,65 and 80 berries) on grape quality,i.e.cluster and berry traits,yield,total soluble solid content and total acid content,total phenolic,tannins,total anthocyanin content and sensory evaluation were evaluated.The results showed that in contrast with the control,consecutively dip the spike twice with GA3 20 mg?L-1+CPPU 3.0 mg?L-1 combined with leaving 80 and 65 grape berries per cluster both strikingly expanded the berry,lower the total acid content and enhanced the total anthocyanin content and meanwhile stabilized the fruit shape index,and with respect to the total soluble solid content,the latter treatment significantly increased it but the former one showed no significant difference when compared with the control.Berries from consecutively dip the spike twice with GA3 20 mg?L-1+CPPU 3.0 mg?L-1 combined with leaving 65 grape berries per cluster achieved the highest sensory evaluation score and tasted the best.Consecutively dip the spike twice with GA3 20 mg?L-1+CPPU 3.0 mg?L-1combined with leaving 65 grape berries showed the best effect in general,whereas the other treatment had a certain defect in distinct aspects.
