Abstract:
By storaging the Physalis pubescens L.at 4,8,12 ℃ and indoor temperature (mean temperature was 28 ℃),the effects of storage temperature on quality (vitamin C content,titratable acidity content and the soluble solids content) and postharvest physiologies(relative conductivity,MDA content and SOD activity) of P.pubescens L.were studied.The results showed that,different storage temperatures had different effects on quality,the changes in quality and postharvest physiology were the fastest for fruits stored at indoor temperature,it was followed by 12 ℃,quality and postharvest physiology changed slowly at 4 ℃.The storage temperature had significant effect on the vitamin C content and titratable acid content,low temperature was beneficial to slow the decline rate of fruit quality.Relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content increased with the process of storage time,while the SOD activity decreased.Low storage temperature was beneficial to inhibit the increase of the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content,and maintain high SOD activity.4 ℃ and 8 ℃ storage temperatures could improve the storage quality and postharvest physiology of P.pubescens L.,and the ideal storage temperature was 4 ℃.
