Abstract:
Resveratrol is a kind of polyphenol compounds,which has many pharmacological activities,such as anti-cancer and anti-free radical etc.Now the wine grape and grape wine from Ningxia Hui autonomous region were chosen as experiment material,three grapes (‘Merlot’‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ and ‘Chardonnay’) were dealed with four kinds of shading,which were no shading treatment (control group),40%,50% and 60% shading level respectively.And then by Agilent 1200 high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the determination of resveratrol,Zorbax Eclipse XDB-using C18 chromatographic column for the analysis,acetonitrile-ultrapure water solution (30∶70,V/V) as mobile phase elution equal degree,flow rate of 10 mL?min-1,column temperature of 21 ℃,detection wavelength was 306 nm.The results showed that the grape and wine in the two groups had the same change trend with resveratrol,its content was follows,control group>40%>50%>60%.Showing that the content of resveratrol had the relationship with the light intensity,the higher the light intensity,the more the content of resveratrol.
