Abstract:
Using K.daigremontiana as experimental material,tissue culture and in vitro leaves and seedlings were used to test its growth performance under different concentration of NaCl.Meanwhile,related references were surveyed using key words against CNKI database.The results showed that the tissue culture and in vitro leaves stress experiments exhibited the salt resistance of K.Daigremontiana between 50-150 mmol?L-1.Measurement of antioxidant enzymes activities of SOD,POD,as well as MDA accumulation,also confirmed the same results.According to the literatures,the NaCl concentration in saline areas of Chinese coastal regions was majorly between 34-98 mmol?L-1.The results provided a reference for using K.daigremontiana in saline land greening in Chinese coastal regions.
