Abstract:
The Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.var.modesta(Nannf.)L.T.Shen were used as material by adopting the method of field plot test,the effects of different vines’ length on photosynthetic characteristics,yield and quality of Codonopsis pilosula were studied.The results showed that it had the strongest photosynthetic rate,the biggest average diameter of fresh roots,the heaviest of single root,the highest the yield and output value when the length of Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.var.modesta(Nannf.)L.T.Shen vines were controlled by 10 cm,they were 11.82 CO2 μmol?m-2?s-1,1.74 cm,28.50,7.13 g,4 845.0,1 212.1 g?(3 m2)-1,13 890 RMB.The quality conformed to the national pharmacopoeia.
