Abstract:
By single factor text，the effects of various basic culture medium，growth regulator combination，additions and sucrose concentration were studied on growth status and proliferation rate of Prunus humilis fine strains in vitro plants.The results indicated that the optimal medium of proliferation was MS＋6-BA 0.5 mg?L-1+KT 0.5 mg?L-1＋IBA 0.05 mg?L-1，additional LH 300 mg?L-1，sugar 35 g?L-1，agar 5.8 g?L-1.
