Abstract:
To promote the efficient cultivation and application of Rudbeckia laciniata L.in Chengdu area，taking coneflower seeds as materials，the single factor randomized block experiment design was used and the influence on seed germination of different treatments of plant hormones，temperature of soaked water，temperature and light conditions were discussed.The results showed that among three kinds of hormones in the experiment，seed germination rate and germination potential in the treatment of 200 mg?L-1 GA3 reached maximum of 62.4% and 57.4% respectively；seed germination in the 50 ℃ warm water soaking 24 hours was remarkable，and the germination rate and germination potential reached 64.2% and 59.6% respectively，which were significantly higher than those of the control；the optimum germination temperature of Rudbeckia laciniata was 25 ℃；the seeds could be a kind of light-need seeds，and so under the conditions of full exposure the germination rate and germination potential reached the maximum value，which was significantly higher than the other treatments and the control.
