Abstract:
With Lentinus edodes substrate chaff as the tested material,using the method of different proportions of Lentinus edodes substrate chaff and garden soil and sand to plant Ocimum basilicum L.,the germination rate and morphological fetures and physiological index were conducted,the effect of Lentinus edodes substrate chaff on Ocimum basilicum L.seedling growth was determined.The results showed the most suitable rate among garden soil,fermented chaff,and sand was 6∶1∶1.Different percentage of Lentinus edodes substrate chaff had a certain influence on the germination rate of Ocimum basilicum L..With the increasing proportion of Lentinus edodes substrate chaff,Ocimum basilicum L. germination rate was also rising,the germination time increased with a certain shortening.Using of Lentinus edodes substrate chaff into the cultivation of Ocimum basilicum L. opened up a new way for the recycling of Lentinus edodes substrate chaff.
