Abstract:
Taking Pueraria thomsonii Benth as test material,using different storage times and methods(pack-stone,common),the differences of storage effect were compared by determining the content of water,total flavonoid,soluble sugar,starch,corase fibe.The results showed that the pack-store method could keep well quality by delaying mouldy and preventing the reducing of the content of water,total flavonoid,soluble sugar,starch in the Pueraria thomsonii Benth.The effects of storage of Pueraria thomsonii Benth under the pack-store method were excellent than the common method.And the effective period of storage of Pueraria thomsonii Benth under the pack-store method would attain about two months.
