The fruit trees intercropping model investigation of the Xinjiang’s four regions,including Aksu，Kashi，Hotan and Kezilesukeerkezi State was carried out.The results showed that the average coverage of the fruit trees intercropping reached 85.7%，mainly took grain，cotton and fruit compound，intercropping pattern diversity，wide scope and scale，realizing the maximization of per acre benefits；but，with the increase of the fruit tree canopy the interplanting crops’ yield reduced year by year，had affected the further increase of farmers’ income.
