Abstract:
Taking rhizosphere soil of pathogenetic strawberry as isolation object,using plate dilution and confrontation methods,the bacteria against strawberry gray mold was isolated and identified.The results showed that a new bacteria stain,named CM3,with high antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea was isolated.According to its mophological,physiological and biochemical characteristics as well as 16S rRNA sequences,CM3 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.The fermentation products of strain CM3 was not sensitive to the change of temperature,pH and the UV irradiation,and still could maintain the high antifungal activity after a few days.Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CM3 was an excellent biocontrol agent for strawberry gray mold.
