Abstract:
Taking ‘Hutai No8’ grape as test materials,the fruit growth quality,physical and chemical properties and other indicators of dominate table grape cultivar ‘Hutai No8’ under rain-shelter cultivation and conventional cultivation were compared.The results showed that rain-shelter could significantly reduce the light intensity of canopy layer,only accounting for 6871% of that conventional cultivation.Daily average of photosynthetic rate reduced by 1210% compared with that planted with conventional cultivation.Chlorophyll content reduced by 557%.And in the aspect of canopy microclimate,average temperature of canopy layer increased 168 ℃ compared with control,while the daily average humidity decreased by 1098%.Fruit weight of grapes cultivated with the experimental mode was lower than that from conventional cultivation by 152 g and average bunch weight was lighter by 92 g.And content of acid were all lower than that of conventional cultivation,furthermore the difference was significant.Content of soluble solids was higher than the control group,but the difference was not significant.And rain-shelter could significantly improve the ratio of soluble solid content to titration acid.Rain-shelter could significantly improve the fruit quality.
