Abstract:
Using Amorphophallus konjac cv.‘Fuyuan’as test material,the planting test was conducted under the different potassium treatments (the K2SO4 application amount of the treatment 0,1,2,3 was respectively 0.0,2.2,4.4,6.6 g/plant) by the greenhouses potted planting.Chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,malondialdehyde(MDA) content,superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,peroxidase (POD) activity,catalase (CAT) activity of A.konjac ‘Fuyuan’ were measured on 5,15,30,60 days after using different amount of K2SO4.The results showed that the appropriate potassium amount (treatment 2) was help to improve the content of the chlorophyll and the soluble protein and the soluble sugar,to enhance the activity of SOD and CAT and POD,to decrease the content of MDA in the leaves of A.konjac‘Fuyuan’.That had certain physiological effects on the antioxidant enzyme system and the membranous peroxide system,and enhanced the ability of the plant to resist the stress and the slow death,and thereby affected the photosynthesis synthesis and the synthesis,the conversion and the transport of the assimilation,so that the high yield was obtained.When the treatment 2 was applied,the harvest large taro weight was the highest up to 485.71 g with the equivalent yield 36 428.25 kg/hm2,which was 1.50 times that of the treatment 0 and 1.56 times that of the treatment 3.
