Abstract:
Taking one-year-old dormant shoots of ten common deciduous garden arbors of Northern region as test material,the changes of their electrolyte leakage-rate,soluble sugar,soluble protein and O?[TX-*4]2 generation rate under artificial low temperature were studied,aimed to analyze the differences of ten trees in different temperature and times.The semi-lethal temperature calculated by the Logistic equation of electrolyte leakage rate,and combined with the subordinate function method to make a comprehensive hardiness evaluation.The results showed that Melia azedarach Linn. was shown to be the most cold resistance,followed by Fraxinus chinensis,Sophora japonica ‘Pendula’,Platanus acerifolia Willd,Ginkgo biloba L.,Acer elegantulum Fang et P.L.Chiu, Euonymus mssckii Rupr., Diospyros kaki Thunb., Prunus persica Batsch.var.duplex Rehd.,and Prunus cerasifera Ehrhar f..Results would be consulted by landscaping in cold areas,or the choice,introduction and cultivation of barren hills governance trees.
