Abstract:
Taking 5-year-old ‘Ju Mei’ grape as test material,the effect of different fertilizers and different applying methods on grape quality was studied.The results showed that the berry quality was the best in the treatment of dressing with sesame cake and chemical fertilizer during the grape growing stage.The total sugar content was 18.39%,sugar acid ratio was 44.65,the highest in all tested treatments,increased by 3.26% and 6.54% respectively compared with conventional fertilization.The soluble solids content and vitamin C content were 19.02% and 2.05 mg/100g,which was higher than conventional fertilization 3.76% and 16.38% respectively.
