Abstract:
As the indispensable important component of Chinese dietary nutrition structure,fruits and vegetables occupy a very important position in Chinese agricultural economy.People-oriented is the founding of Chinese reform development.Researching on the trend of the development of Chinese fruit and vegetable industry from the perspective of human nutrition health is imperative.Based on the perspective of nutrition,by building the nutrition index system and using the method of system clustering,different types of typical fruits and vegetables were screened.At the same time it could solve the problem about Chinese residents which meet different age groups under the condition of normal daily dietary nutrition intake how to buy typicality fruits and vegetables by using genetic algorithm,namely the optimal linear programming problem of minimizing the cost.The results showed that for different age groups,under the premise of normal nutritional intake,Chinese residents daily purchased more vegetables than fruit.Purchase of leafy and root vegetables was much higher than other typical fruits and vegetables.The future development of Chinese fruit and vegetable industry needed to further perfect the industrial layout,vigorously developing the different industrial types of fruits and vegetables nutrition.And integrating the fruit and vegetable processing industry to ensure the safety of food hygiene,supporting the leading enterprises and creating ‘green fruit and vegetable’ brand were necessary.
