Abstract:
Taking radish ‘Short leaf-13’ as material,using dipping flower method,a new method of Agrobacterium tumefaciens for genetic transformation in radish (Raphanus sativus L.)were researched.The results showed that GFP could successfully be expressed in the root of radish.
