Abstract:: Seeds of Bhesa sinensis were used as research subjects，the influence of different reagents and the concentration on the seed germination rate and the growth of main root were studied,which were gathered from Hai Ha County，Quang Ninh Province,Vietnam.The results showed that soaking in water would effectively promote the germination of Bhesa sinensis seeds，as soaking treatments of ABT1 and GGR6 in concentration of 0.5-15.0 mg/L had no effect on the seed germination.On the another hand，0.5 mg/L ABT1 and 0.5-10.0 mg/L GGR6 could greatly accelerate the growth of Bhesa sinensis main roots.
