Abstract:
Taking three-year-old potted cultured ‘Yanfu 3’ apple trees as material,the effect of spraying silicon on content RWC,proline content,MDA content and antioxidant enzyme activity(SOD activity,CAT activity) were studied under drought stress by pot experience.The results showed that exogenous silicon alleviated the RWC decreasing,increased the proline content,increased the activities of SOD and CAT,decreased the MDA content under the slight stress.There was no different effect under the severe water stress.
