Abstract:
Taking ‘Qingda No.1’ alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) as the experimental material,effect of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature on flavonoids extraction was studied by single factor test and orthogonal test,in order to find optimum conditions for flavonoids extraction of ‘Qingda No.1’ alfalfa.The results showed that the factors affecting the extraction effect of flavonoids extraction from big to small was as follows,solid-liquid ratio>ethanol concentration>extraction temperature.The best extraction process of flavonoids from ‘Qingda No.1’ were the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20 g/mL,extraction temperature of 70℃,ethanol concentration of 70%.
