- Abstract:
- The relationship between labor transfer and economic growth is not a simple correlation，but the change process had stages with the different level of human capital.Analysis results of the threshold model based on the the Inter-Province Data in China showd that the effect of labor transfer on economic growth had significant ‘three threshold effect’ based on rural human capital;the average level of human capital of Chinese labor force was low，and there were still half of provinces’ human capital under the second threshold;human capital of eastern，central and western rural labor force had regional difference，in the process of economic transition in China，labor gradient transfer should base on the background of human capital difference.
