Abstract:
Adult and larva of Bradysia odoriphaga were used as test materials using the stomach and contact poison test,glass-vials method,effect of different insecticides on adult and larva of Bradysia odoriphaga were measured.The results showed that among all the tested chemicals,diazinon had the highest toxicity to the insect,and the LC50 value was 59.05 mg/kg.That of abamectin was 72.89 mg/kg.The glass-vials test to adults showed that the biological activity of bifenthrin and malathion to the insect were higher than nitenpyram and thiamethoxam,with the LC50 values were 0.30 mg/kg,0.15 mg/kg,respectively.Diazinon,abamectin and bifenthrin,malathion could be used as ideal insecticides to control the larva and adult of Bradysia odoriphaga.
