Abstract:
The changes of injury degree,POD activity and Pro content of Viola philippica, Viola betonicifolia and Viola lactiflora Nakai leaves were studied after treatment at 0℃ for 2 days,4 days,6 days.The results showed that injury degree and Pro content of the leaves had obvious rising trends with extending cold stress time,while POD activity increased at first and then decreased.After treatment for 4 days,Viola betonicifolia had the lowest injury degree and the highest POD activity and Pro content,which indicated that it had higher cold resistance.The cold resistance of Viola philippica had no significant difference (P>0.05) with Viola betonicifolia,while Viola lactiflora Nakai had poorest cold resistance.
