Abstract:
To explore the relationship between nitrogen application rate and pepper quality,using ‘Jinfu 35’ and ‘Yuyi 7’ cultivars as materials,the effect of nitrogen fertilizer(0.76 g,1.52 g,2.28 g urea per pot respectively)on the contents of nitrate nitrogen,soluble sugar,soluble solids and soluble protein of pepper cultivated in greenhouse were researched.The results showed that with the application amount of nitrogen fertilizer increased the contents of nitrate nitrogen,soluble solids and soluble protein decreased at first and then increased,while the content of soluble sugar always increased,that could provide theoretical basis for protected cultivation of pepper.
