Abstract:: Agricultural industrial cluster is an important form of industrial organization to promote rural economy development.By using the industrial cluster theory，this paper took Xinjiang as a research object.Analyzed the development advantage and present situation of Xinjiang.It showed that there were some problems in Xinjiang agricultural industrial cluster,the industrial chains of agricultural was short，the response of market demand was slow and the supporting systems were unsound.To deal with it，some suggestions such as extending the industrial chain of Xinjiang aricultural，increasing the science and technology input and perfecting the mechanism of network system were proposed.
