Abstract:
The effect of different medicament treatments with the cold storage conditions (0-4℃ temperature,90%-95% relative humidity) on fresh-keeping storage of winter jujube in Hetian area was studied.The results showed that the treatment of calcium chloride and Topsin-M could inhibit the decay of winter jujube and was beneficial to storage.After stored 56 days,the fruits had the lowest decay rate (48.40%) and the highest vitamin C content (58.864 6 mg/100g) with treatment of 0.10% thiophanate methyl solution.When treatment with 1% calcium chloride and 0.10% thiophanate methyl solution,the jujube had the lowest weight rate (2.49%) and highest soluble solids content (17.75%).The fruits had the highest fruit firmness (8.68 Pa) with treatment of 0.05% thiophanate methyl solution.It had the lowest titratable acid content (0.33 g/100mL)with the treatment of 1% calcium chloride and 0.05% thiophanate methyl solution.Considering all these factors,the 0.10% thiophanate methyl solution was the best selection.It could effectively preserve the nutrients and prolong the storage period of winter jujube.
