Abstract:
Asparagus was perennial herbaceous plants ratoon sex,in current agricultural structure adjustment,it is a good project to farmers in China.China has become the largest asparagus planting area in the world,and the international influence is increasingly improving,but the asparagus industry has deficient competitiveness.Recent research progress on present situation of asparagus industry layout,its harvest storage and processing technology of asparagus were reviewed.The existing problems in it were analyzed,and the future development prospect for asparagus industry was expected in this paper.
