Abstract:
Using walnut green husk as test material,taking the yield of walnut green husk polysaccharide as the response value,on the basis of single factor experiment,the effect of ultrasonic factors on crude polysaccharide from walnut green husk were designed by the response surface methodology with three factors and three levels to determined the optimum technology.The experimental results showed that walnut green husk ultrasonic power radio was 60%,the extraction time was 30 min and the extraction temperature was 60℃.Under the condition the yield of the crude polysaccharide from walnut green husk was 15.09%.
