Abstract:
Using evacuation hierarchical pears trees as materials,which in the uniform growth of the normal fruits,divided trees crown into 1.0 m×1.0 m×1.0 m cube,whose center was the trunk,fruits quality in different parts was measured by testing the relative light intensity in the maturation period.The crown under the sunlight in vertical distribution and horizontal distribution of fragrant pear fruit appearance and inner quality difference were studied.The results showed that from top to bottom,from outside to inside the light intensity was decreasing,and the correlation of the relative light intensity and different vertical levels was significant.Specifically,when the distribution and light intensity was consistent,the fruit quality in the parts of lager lights strength was better.With the rising of the light intensity,single fruit weight,soluble solids,soluble sugars,anthocyanin content increased,however,organic acids decreased.So when the light intensity in the different position,the chlorophyll content of fruits in the low layer was higher than which in the middle and upper layer,and the fruits with low maturity.
