Abstract:: The apple diseases and insect pets hindered the development of apple industry.In order to resolve this issue effectively，the Expert Diagnosis System could provide technical supports for the prevention and control of the apple diseases and insect pets.Based on Android mobile phone client-side，this article created multi-decision tree and inference machine，and designed Expert Diagnosis System of apple diseases and insect pets using production rules and forward reason.The system had simple interface and easy operation.In addition，it had high practicality and extension prospect.
