Abstract:
Taking 2 kinds of edible fungus including the needle mushroom and mushroom as test material,the method of liquid fermentation was adopted to culture zinc,selenium-rich mycelium under different content of zinc,selenium respectively.By measuring the mycelium biomass and the content of mannitol,the influence of concentration of zinc,selenium on the content of mannitol in the mycelium biomass was researched.The results showed that,the mannitol content increased gradually with the increase of concentration of zinc.When the concentration of zinc was 500 μg/mL,the mannitol content in the needle mushroom mycelium was 20.86%,the mannitol content in the mushroom mycelium was 23.99% for the highest.And when the selenium concentrations was during 0 to 15 μg/mL,the mannitol content grew with the concentration of selenium,and during 15 to 25 μg/mL,the mannitol concentration decreased.
