Abstract:
Taking phytopathogenic fungus R2 as experimental material which was isolated from Tiande ginseng base in the south of Xiaoxinganling mountain，Tieli，Heilongjiang.Identification and the biological characteristics were conducted by the combination of morphological observation and modern molecular biological technique were studied.The results showed that the pathogen R2 was Cylindrocarpon destructans，colony grew well on PDA and CZA，the optimum carbon source and nitrogen source were sucrose and urea，the suitable pH value for mycelia growth was pH 6-7，and the optimum temperature was 20-25℃.
