Abstract:
Shangluo wild Cymbidium was used as experimental material,corn stalks,sawdust,mushroom residue,sand,portland stone combination treatment were conducted and conventional soil pot experiment for comparison,by measuring the average number of Cymbidium new leaf growth,chlorophyll content,leaf growth the amount of leaf surface area increment and other indicators,the combined effects of several cultivation medium Shangluo wild Cymbidium growth effect were studied to exploring for wild orchids growing media.The results showed that several matrix composition process could promote the proliferation of Cymbidium leaves new leaves,leaf chlorophyll content increased surface area and the accumulation of beneficial orchid aboveground growth,and the main component of the matrix effects mushroom residue>maize straw>sawdust shavings,portland stone was better than gravel matrix materials,this experiment screened out mushroom residue+portland stone (volume ratio of 3∶1) matrix composition was more appropriate to Shangluo wild Cymbidium cultivation.
