Abstract:
Taking eggshell powder as material,the control efficacy of mixture composed of eggshell powder and soil on Chinese cabbage club-root was determined through sealing bacteria soil inoculation method and irrigation bacteria inoculation method.The results showed that seal-mixed inoculation was more likely disease than irrigation inoculation.The determination result of control efficacy of eggshell powder to Chinese cabbage clubroot in vitro showed that the best control efficacy (64.2%) was mixing treatment (1∶5) composed by eggshell powder and soil.The determination results of eggshell powder to Chinese cabbage clubroot in vitro showed that the pH value of mixing treatment of eggshell powder and soil was 6.95,higher 1.4 than pH value of the control treatment.Therefore,the mixing treatment composed by eggshell powder including calcium ion and soil could effectively control Chinese cabbage club-root.
