Abstract:
Using the plantlet of ‘Lyubaoshi’ pear as the test material in this experiment,effect of NAA with different concentrations (0.1,0.2,0.3 mg/L) and IBA(0.5,1.0,1.5 mg/L) and culture method and AC(0%,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%) for rootage were studied.The results showed that the optimal rootage culture medium was 1/2MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L+AC 0.3%+sucrose 30 g/L+agar 5.5 g/L.The culture method was seven days of culture with auxin,then culture without auxin.
