Title:: Effect of Plant Growth Regulators on Quality of ‘Summer Black’ and ‘Lihongbao’ Grape

Abstract:: Taking ‘Summer Black’ and ‘Lihongbao’ grape as material，the effect of GA3 and TDZ treatments on the enlargement，coloring and inner quality of grape were studied.The results showed that the weight of berry and cluster were increased by both treatments after physiological fruit drop.GA3 treatment had no obvious influence on grape coloring，but reduced the soluble solids content of ‘Lihongbao’.The soluble solids content was decreased，titratable acid content was increased，and fruit coloration of ‘Summer Black’ and ‘Lihongbao’ was obviously inhibited by TDZ treatment.Comprehensively，the effect of GA3 was better than that of TDZ.
