Abstract:: Circular economy provided new opportunities and challenges for urban parks’ construction in the new period.It had become the inevitable trend in the landscape industry to construct circular economic urban parks，improve the utilization rate of resources and promote the diversified development of the industry.Combined with Guilin Landscape Botanical Garden，the paper based on circular economy and sustainable development to analyze its construction mode and development strategy，and then to summarize the construction mode of ecological，social and economic integration and government，the botanical garden，enterprises and society ‘four in one’ running mechanism.On this basis，the paper attempted to explore urban parks how to maximize social benefit，environmental benefit and economic benefit，and how to promote the harmonious development of people，the nature and the human,for the reference of circular economic urban parks’ construction.
