Abstract:: Agricultural science and technology achievements transformation is hampered because of insufficient funds，thus restricting the development of modern agriculture，so financing channels need to be broadened desperately.However，the private capital is facing investment bottlenecks in recent years because of the lack of reasonable guidance.Through exploring links between the private capital and the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements，analyzing the value in the process of the investment，such as financial supports，scientific and technological innovation and capital gains，in order to look for a double-win.Many problems of investment，such as the lack of policy supports，the risk of agriculture and unsmooth capital exit channels，and put forward the countermeasures from the aspects of policy，product and the form of investment were expounded in this paper，in order to encourage and guide the private capital investment in agricultural science and technology achievements transformation.
