Taking leaves of Arisaema amurense as materials,the influence of different fertilization under the same period on the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and nitrate reductase of Arisaema amurense were investigated.The results showed that fertilization prompted the chlorophyll content significantly,and nitrogen phosphorus fertilizer exhibited the most significant.The optimal fertilization mode to improve the content of soluble sugar and nitrate reductase activity were nitrogen phosphorus potassium fertilization.The minimum activity of nitrate reductase displayed in no fertilizer group.
