Abstract:
Analyzed the consumer behavior and demand of mushroom based on the survey data of consumers in Beijing,found that although there has been a certain development on the consumer market of mushroom in Beijing,but there were still some issues,such as consumption frequency was not high,less consumption,brand building backward,and varieties of consumption was concentrated,lack of product development and so on,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions..
