Abstract:
Taking Lycium barbarum L.as test material,endophytic fungi were separated from Lycium barbarum L.which were different growing period by tissue homogenate.They were classified according to their morphological characteristics of culture,colonies and spores and rDNA-ITS sequences analysis.The composition characteristics of endophytic fungi were analyzed according to the Colonization rate(CR),Relative frequency(RF),Shannon-wiener index(H),Margalef index(D) and Sorenson’s similarity coefficient(CS).The results showed that 29 endophytic fungi were isolated from Lycium barbarum L.,and they belong to Alternaria,Acremonium, Sarocladium, Didymella, Peyronellaea, Phoma and Marssonia respectively.Alternaria,Acremonium and Sarocladium were dominant genus and their Relative frequency (RF) was 31.0%,27.6% and 27.6% respectively.Shannon-wiener index (H) of endophytic fungi of mature period Lycium barbarum L.was most significance and least in young fruit period.And Lycium barbarum L.had abundant resources of endophytic fungi,Shannon wiener index(H) and Margalef index(D) of endophytic fungi of mature period Lycium barbarum L.were far more than ones of young fruit period and color change period.
