Abstract:
Taking Morinda officinalis as test materials,the effect of liquid to solid ratio,ultrasonic time and temperature on extraction of polysaccharides from Morinda officinalis were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that,all three factors were relevant to extraction of polysaccharides from Morinda officinalis by single factor test.Orthogonal test results showed that temperature was the most relevant factor.The optimal parameters were that temperature liquid to solid ratio and ultrasonic time for 80℃,45∶1 mL/mg and 45 minutes.
