Abstract:
Taking bulbs of Zhangzhou Narcissus tazetta as experiment materials,the effect of copper stress on development of Narcissus plants were studied,the stress resistance were analyzed with a view on Narcissus dwarfing effect and heavy metal contaminated,the bulbs were treated with a series concentration of copper ion at the same time.The results showed that under the treatment with the concentration of 45 μmol/L copper ion,the effect of dwarfing was better than other treatments. Significant spindling stage wasn’t observed,and plant type showed strongly short without lodging phenomenon. The color of leaves was dark green and leaf showed thickness. The bolting and blossom weren’t affected under 45 μmol/L copper ion treatment. The results showed that 45 μmol/L copper ion treatment was suitable for dwarfing.
