Taking hericium as test materals，the effect of different formula bag cultivation on the influence of hericium were studied in Mudanjiang region.The results showed that，the formula 2(corn cob was 83%,wheat bran was 15%，plaster was 1%，sucrose was 1%，water content of substrates was 55%-60%) was the best，and the net income of bag cultivation was 3.97 RMB.Appropriate proportion to add corn cobs and haulm can obtain the good production efficiency and high practical value.
