Abstract:: Taking Auricularia auricular as test material,and corncob，soybean straw as raw materials,substitute cultivation Auricularia auricular was used in place of broadleaf sawdust.The method for cultivating Auricular auricularwas investigated，the optimal formulation and technological in substitute cultivation Auricularia auricular was chose out.The results showed that with straw as raw material was feasibility，when straw in substitute materiel was reached 60%,the growth of plantain was not significantly influenced.
