Abstract:
Using tissue culture method,with Qinba Mountain main cultivated Lentinula edodes (808#,66#,68#) as test materials,Lentinula edodes with high exopolysaccharides was selected by 6 kinds of screening medium.The mycelial growth rate of Lentinula edodes strains and the exopolysaccharides production of Lentinula edodes with high exopolysaccharides were studied.The results showed that the hypha of Lentinula edodes (66#) was thick and dense and hypha growth rate was 3.26 mm/d in screening medium (glucose 1.0%,corn flour 2.0%,wheat bran 2.0%,yeast extract 0.3%,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4? 7H2O 0.1%,pH naturally).There were many mycelia spheres to be evolved and the size of mycelia spheres was even,and the mycelia amount of biological transformation (wet weight) was up to 66.00 g/L in screening medium.The exopolysaccharides production of Lentinula edodes (66#) was up to 2.99 g/L.
