Abstract:
Taking three varieties of table grapes branches‘Voctoria’,‘Hutai’and‘Zhana’ as the main cultivation materials.The influence of the different varieties of grape stems on mycelium growth situation and the biological conversion rate were explored.Nutritional composition of Pleurotus eryngii Quel in different growth stages was analysed,and the best harvest time was determined.The results showed that Pleurotus eryngii cultivated by‘Voctoria’material had higher nutritional composition and hyphae vitality.When the length of stalk reached 4 cm or 10 cm,Pleurotus eryngii had higher nutritional ingredient and better mouth feel,so it should be the best harvest time.
