Abstract:
Taking Aronia melanocarpa in vitro as the experiment materias,and the optimal tissue culture and rapid propagation system were studied by using the method of tissue culture,the effects of different hormone contents and proportion on the tissue cuiture rapid propagation was researched.The results showed that MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best culture medium to induce budlet from its tuber,KT could induce callus,but it had no effect on test-tube plantlets’buds inducing.MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L was the best culture medium to induce proliferation buds from its tuber,and the propagation coeficient was six times or above.The best culture medium for multiplication of cluster shoots was 1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L,the rooting rate achieved 100%.The best transplanted matrix was turfy soil∶nutrition soil∶vermiculite=1∶2∶1,and the survival rate approximated 100%.
