Abstract:
The development of mushroom industry in China is still in a short time.The scale of its development,technical strength,product quality and competitive ability is weak.But the development of mushroom industry in China will be the route which must take the development of edible fungi in China,also the route which must take China’s edible fungus omni-directional to lead the world.
